Digital Products
Since all our products are digital downloads (eBooks & Audiobooks), they are delivered instantly after successful payment. Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we cannot revoke access, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions
We will gladly assist you if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You did not receive your download due to a technical issue.
- Your order could not be delivered because of a system error.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include re-sending the download link or issuing a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
